AWESOME CAMP HACHIMORI

A private-feeling campground in the Amano area of Wakayama, about 100 m from Niutsuhime Shrine (a World Heritage-related site), around 90 minutes from central Osaka. Lights-out is at 22:00. The Airstream is temporarily closed to bookings for maintenance.

Access

From Osaka: Kyo-Nawa Expressway Katsuragi-nishi IC then Route 24 and Route 480 to Prefectural Route 4 (Amano Tunnel), about 20 min from Kihoku-Katsuragi IC; or Kishiwada-Izumi IC about 50 min. From Wakayama IC about 50 min. By train and bus: Hashimoto (Nankai) to Kasada (JR), then Katsuragi community bus Amano course to Niutsuhime Jinja. Taxi from Hashimoto about 30 min.
