Speakers are prohibited and launch fireworks banned. Card payment is online in advance; on-site payment is cash only. Garbage bags sold on site.

About 20 min by car from Kobuchizawa IC or Sudama IC; from JR Kobuchizawa Station take a bus bound for Hakushu to 'Meisui Koen Berga'.
