All-season campsite in the Shirakaba Kogen highlands of Tateshina, Nagano, overlooking Lake Shirakaba. Four 6-tatami and one 14-tatami bungalow, a pre-pitched one-pole tent (green season), winter-only tent sites with power, BBQ huts and an irori hearth hut; freshly hunted venison is sold. The whole site can be rented for events.

Good to know

Only charcoal (no firewood) may be used in the irori hearth hut. On-site parking is limited to 4 reserved spaces. The brand changed ownership on 1 October 2026.

Access

Chuo Expressway Suwa-Minami IC about 35 min (from Tokyo) or Suwa IC about 35 min (from Nagoya). By train: JR Chuo Line to Chino Station, then Alpico bus (Shirakabako/Kurumayama line) 44 min to Toiyagawa, 2 min walk. Highway bus from Shinjuku about 4 h to Ikenotaira Hotel, 10 min walk. On-site parking is 4 reserved spaces; free parking within walking distance.
