Good to know

Garbage must be taken home (charcoal/wood ash can be left). Even swimming only requires a camp/day-camp booking. Car camping allowed (engine off on site).

Access

45 km from Kyoto-Higashi IC, 37 km from Otsu IC, 50 km from Kinomoto IC. About 20 min on foot from Omi-Takashima Station (JR Kosei Line). Parking for 250 cars.
