A campground beside a pond in the forest of Hakushu, Yamanashi, a good base for hiking and walks in the Southern Alps area. A dog run opened on May 2 and new water activities are being added at the lower pond.

Good to know
The upper pond (in front of the cottages) is under renovation. The mountain access road passes a wildlife gate that must be opened and closed.
Access
About 20 min by car from Kobuchizawa IC; about 20 min by taxi or rental car from JR Kobuchizawa Station. Parking for 30 cars; large buses cannot enter.
