A high-altitude campground at 1,500 m in Yatsugatake (Kiyosato) with views of Mt. Fuji and Akadake, cool in summer, with autumn colours and starry winter skies. Fenced sites give privacy, and a bath using Yatsugatake spring water is available.

Gate locked 22:00 to 8:30; no cars can be used meanwhile. Campfires banned in winds over 5 m/s. Take garbage home or pay a fee (sorted only); steep slopes on site.
